Reaching Back, Inc. was established in response to a critical crisis in the social work profession. We witnessed talented, dedicated practitioners leaving the field due to systematic burnout and a lack of postgraduate support. Our founding mission was simple yet vital: to ensure that no social worker has to carry the weight of their case files alone.
By pairing experienced mentors with those entering the complexities of frontline practice, we foster a lineage of support that transcends institutional boundaries. We aren't just a mentoring program; we are a movement dedicated to protecting the mental and professional wellbeing of those who care for society's most vulnerable members.
